CEPC Bylaws and Statement of Purpose

The school districts of the Council are committed to the highest ideals of integrity and ethics in public and personal relationships in order to reflect the attitude and purpose of the organizations we represent.

We recognize the necessity and importance of the diligent pursuit of efficient procurement activities which result in the expenditure of tax dollars for goods and services of the highest value in terms of quality and price. In as much, the members are committed to the cooperative procurement of goods and services for the mutual benefit of the whole. The existence of the Cooperative Purchasing Council provides opportunity for professional growth through networking, enhanced knowledge of products and services, peer accountability, and a continual infusion of new ideas and concepts.

Our common purpose therefore is to provide an enhanced learning environment for the greatest educational opportunity possible for each and every student we serve.
